Technical Support Executive
  • – Provide installation/onboarding help for new users.
  • – Solve technical issues, or prepare them to be done by our developers.
  • – Be compassionate about our users’ problems, goals, and desires
  • – Provide “omnichannel” support (Intercom, Email)
  • – Willingness to learn about eCommerce, technical aspects of our app and Shopify/WooCommerce/BigCommerce.
  • – Technical skills, including learning to adjust the code in HTML and CSS, Liquid Shopify template and read/edit/write JavaScript code.
  • – Document what you learn and share it with your team as well as ask questions to learn quickly.
  • – Prior experience in technical or customer-facing jobs (online or offline) is a big plus.
  • – Working in Fireapps customer support requires technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, liquid (Shopify’s own template language) and JavaScript.
