Associate Customer Service
Job description
  • – Answer customer questions/complaints via live chat and email
  • – Record and summarize app errors and requests from customers
  • – Build good relationships with existing customers
  • – Collaborate with developer team to provide solutions for customer complaints
  • – Coordinate with app development team to understand more about the direction of the app and improve the app based on customer suggestions
  • – Writing tutorials to help customers use the app
  • – Review common complaints/feedback from customers and share with team in meetings
Job requirements
  • – At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service role
  • – Good command of English, especially in Writing and Reading
  • – Eager to learn new knowledge about E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Google Merchant, Facebook Feed) and FireApps applications
  • – Understanding of Google Merchant is a plus
