Senior Customer Service
Job description
  • – Respond promptly and timely to customer inquiries by email, live chat
  • – Handle and resolve customer complaints independently
  • – Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • – Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • – Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • – Records details of customer interactions, satisfactions and complaints
  • – Collaborate with agents from across the regions to get help and share knowledge in resolving the problems.
  • – Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • – Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • – Report software bugs, and be an advocate for product improvement using customer suggestions
  • – Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • – High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • – Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, logical problem solving
  • – Knowledge of computer applications
  • – Knowledge of IT knowledge desired but not required, e.g. CSS, basic coding
  • – English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
  • – Passion for lifelong learning and personal and professional development
