SH/HCM - Customer Service Lead
  • – Troubleshooting concepts and complex issues for our customers through phone and remote support
  • – Organize team members & workflow to meet customer time frames
  • – Ensure team members are efficient, provide closed-loop services (i.e. compliance and quality), handle customer escalations, and drive operational efficiency in a timely manner
  • – Provide real-time feedback to team members during their shift to reinforce the right outcomes and behaviors
  • – Provide input into team members performance reviews that are delivered by the supervisor
  • – Record details of customer interactions, satisfaction, and complaints
  • – Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • – Remote diagnostic work experience in a technical role working directly with customers
  • – Adaptable self-learner with a strong drive to research, experiment, and implement continuous improvement
  • – Comfortable creating followership and driving collaboration across the organization
  • – Experience dealing with ambiguity and a high sense of urgency
  • – Ability to read and write in English
