Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities
The Customer Success team works closely with customers to understand their business objectives and coordinate with internal departments (Product, Marketing, Development) to ensure that we are providing an amazing service experiences along with the great products for our customers. A Customer Support Executive is part of the Customer Service team.
  • • Respond promptly and timely to customer inquiries by email, live chat
  • • Handle and resolve customer complaints independently
  • • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • • Records details of customer interactions, satisfactions, and complaints
  • • Collaborate with agents from across the regions to get help and share knowledge in resolving the problems.
  • • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • • Report software bugs, and be an advocate for product improvement using customer suggestions
  • • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Qualifications
  • • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, logical problem solving
  • • Knowledge of computer applications
  • • English Language: fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • • Passion for lifelong learning and personal and professional development
  • • Interpersonal and relationship skills
  • • Communication skills – verbal, listening and written, and learning skills • Diligence and accuracy
